The former Nigerian boxing head coach made the passionate appeal during a briefing to reporters in Abuja yesterday, he said the lack of good leadership was the reason for Nigeria’s absence from the boxing event. at the last Olympics in Japan.

The African Games medalist said the last administration had not done enough to develop the game, adding that any effort to bring back the previous administration would further underdevelop the sport.

“The boxing match did not bring the Olympics made me sad and the last administration did nothing to get the country to qualify for the Games.

“The former administration cannot be proud of any boxer discovered during his eight years of reign. The only product for the past 6 years is Efe Ajagba. At the moment, we are still wrong. Yesterday we have the list of people who want to participate in the election and this morning we have a different name and surprisingly tonight we have another list.
