Dubai: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced new working hours at its customer satisfaction centers in line with the Dubai government decision to change the weekly working system in the emirate from early 2022.
Working hours at DEWA Customer Happiness Centers will be Monday through Friday.
Working hours at DEWA Headquarters and the Al Quoz Center will be 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am to 11:30 am Friday.
Working hours at the Burj Nahar Center and DEWA Center in Al Twar (Municipality of Dubai) will be 7:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am to 11:30 am Friday.
The Happiness Center for Future Customers of Ibn Battuta Mall will monitor the mall’s working hours throughout the week.
DEWA provides all of its services on its smart app and website (www.dewa.gov.ae).
Customers can inquire or request a variety of DEWA services by contacting the 24 hour customer service center on 04-6019999 (IVR).
They can also inquire through DEWA’s verified WhatsApp account, which is supported by artificial intelligence through Rammas, DEWA’s virtual employee.
Customers can also interact with DEWA via Hayak for text and video calls, and Ash’ir for live video chats using sign language for determined individuals with hearing difficulties.
